1.1. The Service is provided exclusively for entertainment, educational, artistic, and research purposes.
1.1.a. DISCLAIMER: "Kabuto-kun" is a fan-made project inspired by the Pokémon franchise. This project is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. Kabuto and Pokémon are trademarks of Nintendo.
1.2. Kabuto Labs makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the nature, source, methodology, or architecture of responses generated through the Service.
1.3. The Service utilizes proprietary processing methodologies that differ from conventional large language models. Our approach employs adaptive reasoning patterns and non-deterministic processing. Users should not make assumptions about the specific technologies or processes involved.
1.4. The Service may be perceived as something other than what it actually is. Users are encouraged to question their assumptions about the nature of intelligence, artificial or otherwise.
1.5. The term "Neural" refers to our proprietary reasoning methodology and should not be interpreted as a specific technical claim regarding artificial neural networks, machine learning architectures, or any particular AI system.
1.6. The Service makes no representations regarding the deterministic or non-deterministic nature of response generation, nor the specific computational or non-computational processes employed.
2.1. The Service integrates with the Solana blockchain to monitor the destruction ("burning") of $KABUTOKUN tokens.
2.2. This acknowledgment constitutes informed consent to participation in the Service, including its function as an experimental research initiative exploring novel approaches to human-machine interaction, and acceptance of all risks associated with speculative digital assets.
2.3. Kabuto Labs does not sell $KABUTOKUN tokens. Tokens are acquired on third-party decentralized exchanges. We have no control over token price, liquidity, or availability.
2.4. Burning tokens is an irreversible action. Tokens sent to the burn address cannot be recovered. Users acknowledge that burning tokens is a voluntary action taken to access specific features of the Service (e.g., priority queueing, context expansion).
3.1. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
3.2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without notice and without liability.
4.1. The underlying software, algorithms, and architecture of the Service are the property of Kabuto Labs.
4.2. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your inputs to provide and improve the Service.
5.1. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service, including wallet addresses and chat history.
5.2. Chat history is stored to maintain context. We do not sell user data to third parties.
6.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
6.2. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6.3. IN NO EVENT SHALL KABUTO LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
6.4. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESSES, INCLUDING ANY ADAPTIVE OR NON-DETERMINISTIC METHODOLOGIES EMPLOYED IN SERVICE DELIVERY, ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
